This notice explains how PlateTwin.ae handles information submitted through enquiries, account access and digital vehicle cards. It describes the current behaviour of this website and application.

• Enquiry details: name, email address, phone number, plate combination, emirate, requested service, optional message and preferred language.
• Basic technical context used to secure public forms, including a shortened user agent and pseudonymous rate-limit identifiers derived from an IP address and email address. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the rate-limit table.
• First-party product analytics, including profile views, plate searches, QR/NFC visits and conversion events. A temporary random identifier exists only in memory during the active page session and is hashed before analytics storage; raw IP addresses are not stored for analytics. Owner notification preferences and delivery logs may also be stored so service alerts can respect opt-in choices and avoid duplicate delivery.
• Account information managed through Supabase authentication, including the email address associated with an account.
• Vehicle-card content supplied by an owner, including vehicle details, stories, history entries, photos and contact preferences.
• Optional AI Owner Concierge requests. When you use this feature, your question and a restricted summary of recorded PlateTwin activity are sent to the configured AI provider to generate a read-only answer. PlateTwin does not store the question or generated answer in its application database; it stores only a usage timestamp for quota enforcement.

Information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare requested proposals, provide and secure owner accounts, publish only the vehicle-card fields selected for public display, prevent abuse and maintain the service. We do not use the application to display live vehicle location data.

Depending on the interaction, information is processed to take steps requested before entering into or performing a service agreement, to pursue legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service and responding to enquiries, to comply with legal obligations, or with consent where consent is specifically requested. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

The application uses Supabase for authentication, database and private media storage; Lovable services for transactional email; OpenAI for the optional read-only AI Owner Concierge; and the configured hosting provider to deliver the website. These providers process information only as needed to operate those functions. The AI Concierge receives a deliberately restricted activity summary rather than direct database access, private documents or contact details. PlateTwin.ae uses its own first-party product analytics to understand service usage, but does not include advertising trackers or sell enquiry or analytics information.

Vehicle-card owners choose which supported fields are public, available on request, or private. Authentication and database access rules protect owner and administrator areas. Private media is delivered through short-lived signed links rather than a public storage bucket.

Enquiry and account information is retained only while it is needed to handle the request, provide the service, protect against abuse, or meet applicable legal and business record requirements. Inactive pseudonymous public-form rate-limit records are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Account and vehicle-card information can be removed when the service relationship ends, subject to records that must be kept.

Essential browser storage is used to maintain authentication and remember the chosen language. Product analytics uses a temporary in-memory identifier rather than a persistent analytics cookie or local-storage identifier. Owner service notifications are configurable by category and are not used for advertising. The application does not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. Some requests may require identity verification before account or vehicle-card information is disclosed or changed.
