Terms of Service

PlateTwin.ae is operated by DIREKT cz, s.r.o., registered office at Luční 568, 500 03 Hradec Králové, Czech Republic, Company ID 25256122. The company is entered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, Section C, File 10537 and was registered on 5 September 1996. By using the service or submitting a request, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice.

PlateTwin provides matching .click domain services, digital vehicle profiles, controlled owner-contact tools and related concierge services. Availability, pricing, verification and the exact scope of any paid service are confirmed in a separate proposal or agreement.

Under Concierge Managed service, PlateTwin may prepare and structure profile copy, upload owner-approved photographs and carry out agreed updates. Photography, video production and other media services are included only where stated in the proposal. Under Owner Managed service, the owner uses a secure account to edit profile content, media, contact preferences, privacy settings and vehicle reminders directly.

PlateTwin operates and maintains the technical platform in both models. The owner retains final approval and responsibility for the supplied content and decides what is public, restricted or private. The selected model and level of ongoing support are confirmed in the proposal and may be changed by agreement.

A domain name is separate from a government registration plate. PlateTwin does not issue registration plates and no domain registration, profile or Collection enquiry grants ownership of, priority to, or legal rights in a plate. A plate or vehicle may be transferred only through the applicable authority and lawful process.

You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account and promptly report suspected misuse. Publication of a vehicle profile requires verification of its matching .click domain. PlateTwin may pause publication while ownership, authority, safety or compliance is reviewed.

You retain responsibility for text, images and contact details you provide and must have the rights and permissions needed to publish them. You grant PlateTwin the limited permission needed to store, process and display content according to your selected visibility settings and to operate the requested service.

You may not impersonate another owner, misrepresent rights in a vehicle, plate or domain, upload unlawful or infringing content, probe or bypass access controls, send abusive messages, automate submissions, or use the service for fraud or unlawful surveillance. Safety alerts are for good-faith contact and are not an emergency service.

Contact requests and offers are invitations to communicate, not binding transactions. PlateTwin does not guarantee that an owner will respond or accept an offer. Any transfer, payment, inspection, authority approval and due diligence must be documented separately by the relevant parties.

The service is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability, permanent retention and the accuracy of owner-supplied content cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, PlateTwin is not responsible for indirect loss or for private transactions arranged between users.

PlateTwin may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law or maintain the service. Material changes to these terms will be published with a revised effective date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Questions may be sent to concierge@platetwin.click.
